We are seeking a talented Mid-Level to Senior Copywriter to join our team. Working closely alongside our Brand Communication Strategist, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day written content for 5–6 of our clients.

Your primary focus will be crafting compelling, brand-aligned social media and blog content that connects with audiences and drives engagement. We are looking for someone who balances strategic thinking with meticulous execution, ensuring every word serves the broader brand vision.

Core Copywriting Skills

  • Work collaboratively with the creative team (creative director, designers, strategists).
  • Assist the brand communication strategist in creating compelling social media and blog content for 5-6 clients across various industries.
  • Write, edit, and develop high-quality copy for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, emailers, presentations, and websites.
  • Strong conceptual skills, with a sharp eye for tone of voice, narrative arc, and brand messaging consistency.
  • Solid grounding in grammar, spelling, and structural editing.
  • Fully proficient in collaborative writing and planning tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Capable of taking projects from a brief or strategic outline through to final, polished copy.
  • Comfortable writing for multiple digital platforms, adapting style and length appropriately.
  • Able to interpret briefs and apply strategic thinking to roll out established brand voices.



Technical Skills

  • Understanding of social media content formats, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for blog writing and website content.
  • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Ability to read and interpret brand manuals and apply tone-of-voice guidelines effectively.
  • Ability to adhere to internal SOPs.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with PR writing or press releases.
  • Basic design or visual layout understanding to complement copy.
  • Experience with community management or social media scheduling tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree from a college or university with a reputable Copywriting, Communications, Journalism, or English curriculum.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of working experience in an agency or role relevant to this position.
